Job Title: Front-End Team Leader
Location: Yerushalayim
Hours: 6–9 hours/day, Sunday to Thursday
In Office: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (additional hours may be in-office or remote)

Job Summary:
We are a fast-growing startup in the healthcare industry seeking an experienced Front-End Team Leader with expertise in React and JavaScript. The role involves leading a front-end team, collaborating with designers and developers, and building efficient, user-friendly web interfaces. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers to ensure optimal performance and growth.
- Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to convert design concepts into functional, responsive web features.
- Implement user experience (UX) designs and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and usability.
- Develop reusable code components and maintain consistency across projects.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance to ensure code meets high standards.
- Integrate external APIs seamlessly into web applications.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and foster innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in front-end development, with a proven ability to lead and supervise others.
- Expertise in React, and JavaScript
- Experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT) for code enhancement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentorship and team development.
- Curiosity and a drive to stay current with evolving web technologies.
- A creative mindset with patience and an eye for building user-centric web applications.
