Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital liaison between our clients and various law firms, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Proactively identify and establish partnerships with new law firms to enhance our global legal network.
- Engage with clients via phone calls, providing empathetic and knowledgeable assistance to address their needs and concerns.
- Manage client files with meticulous attention to detail, directing them to the appropriate member of our legal network for resolution.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with legal partners to guarantee that clients receive the highest standard of service and support.
Requirements:
- A certified paralegal with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputable law firm, possessing a deep understanding of legal processes and procedures.
- Native-level proficiency in English, accompanied by outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, enabling efficient management of client interactions and data.
- Exceptional customer service skills, adept at managing inquiries and resolving issues with diplomacy and professionalism, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated precision and organizational prowess, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks undertaken.
- Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to evolving challenges, fostering creative solutions to meet client and organizational needs.
