Accountant or Lawyer

We are looking for highly motivated people, lawyers or accountants that would like to be part of a leading US tax practice in Israel.

Particularly we are looking to recruit people to our consulting group that is mainly involved in:

• Tax due diligence projects and post-acquisition supply chain projects;
• Tax structuring/restructuring projects;
• Financing projects;
• US and international tax advisory services to various companies from large multinationals to small startups on their day to day tax issues;
• Drafting tax opinions and memorandums on various US tax issues.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Attorney / CPA
• LLM in Tax – advantage
• Experience in tax & legal research – advantage
• Experience from another “Big 4” accounting firm or a law firm – advantage
• Extensive English writing and verbal skills
