Operations Specialist - Maternity leave replacement - with an option for
permanent employment
A successful global consumer products company, with focus on the Juvenile space, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities:
ยทAssist with the international sales efforts globally
ยทLead and monitor the โquote-to-cashโ process
ยทLead production planning
ยทIdentify and resolve production related matters
ยทEvaluate timelinesto assure production aligns with goals
ยทMonitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
ยทSupport sales-forecasting activities
ยทWork closely with the companyโs finance and marketing teams
ยทSupport customer retention
ยทAnalyze sales data and identify sales trends and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
ยทBachelor degree in Business / economics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
ยทAt least two years of sales / operations experience - advantage
ยทStrong analytical skills
ยทAbility to work independently, as well as with a team
ยทMust be well organized and possess attention to detail
ยทExcellent computer skills (including superior knowledge of Excel / PowerPoint / Word)
ยทFamiliarity with ERP systems โ advantage
ยทExcellent written communications skills
ยทEnglish โ mother tongue level
