What We’re Looking For:
🧑🤝🧑 A couple – the wife as dorm mother, the husband in maintenance, and optionally gardening, and guidance
📖 Torah-observant background or ba’alei teshuva of at least 5 years ✡️
🗣️ Fluent English (Hebrew a plus) 🇬🇧
💬 Intuition, sensitivity, and strong communication skills 🧠💞
✨ Joy in guiding women toward a life of Torah and mitzvot
🌿 Love for the land and hands-on work 🧤
🌟 A passion for mentoring others in spiritual growth
📚 Interest in tutoring in reading and comprehension of Torah text (experience in tutoring a plus) 🧑🏫
🌾 Interest in hands-on work related to cultivating the land (experience in gardening and permaculture a plus) 🪴
