Position: 6 positions; seasonal, full time during peak season
Work setup: In office (Jerusalem - remote possible); 5 shifts a week, 4:00–11:00 PM (Israel time)

Mayanot Israel, a leading Birthright Israel trip provider based in Jerusalem, brings thousands of
North American students to Israel every year in partnership with Chabad on Campus. Our
Registration Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the front-line team that keeps applicants
moving: calling, interviewing, chasing documents and keeping records accurate. Each CSR works in a
Group Registration Manager’s pod. The focus is follow-through, responsiveness and volume.
Key Responsibilities
● Applicant Outreach & Interviews
● Make high-volume outbound calls on incomplete applications and documents.
● Conduct routine applicant interviews after training and log full notes right away.
● Help applicants with passports, proof documents, forms and system questions.
● Systems & Channel Coverage
● Work the daily follow-up lists set by your Group Registration Manager.
● Keep CRM statuses and notes accurate and up to date for your manager.
● Cover shared channel shifts set by the Director of Registration.
● Team Support
● Support data cleanup, list reviews and outreach projects during peak periods.
● Protect applicant confidentiality and escalate eligibility or sensitive cases.
Qualifications
● Excellent spoken and written English (Hebrew not required); at ease on the phone.
● Fast, reliable and highly organized, with strong attention to detail in high-volume work.
● Warm and patient, yet comfortable pushing applicants to complete their next steps.
● Quick to learn CRM and messaging systems; follows policy and knows when to escalate.
● Flexible during registration surges.
● Passion for Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael.
