
Roga Partners is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a growing firm. This is a full-time, in office role based in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem, with working hours from 11:00am to 7:00pm. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and planning, while managing a team of 5. We’re looking for someone detail oriented, with understanding of financial operations, reporting requirements, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and performance against budget.
Lead credit control and account reconciliations.
Supervise nominal ledger and manage expense controls.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Ensure internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards (CASS 5 familiarity is a plus).
Assist with preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors
Support external payroll processes and reporting requirements.
Maintain and improve financial systems (experience with Acturis or similar platforms is a plus).
Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision making.
Manage and mentor a team of 4 finance staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
Prior experience in financial services or insurance broking is a plus
Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA and CASS 5, is advantageous
Experience with Acturis or equivalent systems preferred
