
An exciting young startup, with tens of thousands of customers in Israel and in the US, called Remini - fostering preschool and family communication, is looking for a customer success representative.
We are looking for a technically savvy person possessing a strong drive for results. Duties will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
Responsibilities:
· Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
· Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support
· Collaborate with the team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
· Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the team regarding product and service improvements
· Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base
· Understand customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
Requirements:
· Highly organized and able to multi-task.
· Self-driven and proactive nature.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
· Knowledge of customer success processes.
· Patient and active listener.
· Passion for service.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Native English speaker.
