We’re a fast-growing EdTech startup seeking a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to help us connect with schools across the U.S.
This is a remote position with a flexible schedule within U.S. calling hours.
Your Responsibilities are:
- Make outbound calls to schools using a provided contact list
- Ask qualifying questions to assess interest in our system
- Accurately log call details in our CRM system
Calls will primarily be to U.S. schools, so you must be available during U.S. time zones — typically after 9 AM EST (4 PM Israel time).
Applicants should be:
- Comfortable and professional on the phone
- Confident following scripts and asking questions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in tracking activity
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
Basic Requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free environment for making calls
- A reliable computer and internet connection
- A quality headset for clear audio and mic
Compensation:
Commission-based, with the opportunity to earn:
- $25/hr within 1–2 months
- $50/hr within 4–6 months
- $100/hr within 9–12 months
