Sales Lead Qualifier (Cold Calling)

We’re a fast-growing EdTech startup seeking a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to help us connect with schools across the U.S.

This is a remote position with a flexible schedule within U.S. calling hours.

Your Responsibilities are:

  • Make outbound calls to schools using a provided contact list
  • Ask qualifying questions to assess interest in our system
  • Accurately log call details in our CRM system
Calls will primarily be to U.S. schools, so you must be available during U.S. time zones — typically after 9 AM EST (4 PM Israel time).

Applicants should be:
  • Comfortable and professional on the phone
  • Confident following scripts and asking questions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in tracking activity

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce

Basic Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment for making calls
  • A reliable computer and internet connection
  • A quality headset for clear audio and mic

Compensation:   

Commission-based, with the opportunity to earn:

  • $25/hr within 1–2 months
  • $50/hr within 4–6 months
  • $100/hr within 9–12 months
