AI Productivity & Workflow Manager
Location: Jerusalem, with travel to Beit Shemesh and Kiryat Sefer
Hours: 40 hours per week, dynamic schedule across IST and EST
A growing international company is looking for someone to increase productivity across the business using AI.
This is a hands-on role. We don't need someone to write an AI strategy - we need someone who will sit alongside a bookkeeper, customer service representative or project manager, understand how they actually work, and rebuild their workflow around today's AI tools.
The goal is to make teams significantly more productive and demonstrate clear efficiency improvements.
What You'll Do
- Embed with teams: Work directly with departments including customer service, bookkeeping, marketing and tech to map how they currently work.
- Redesign workflows: Identify where AI can save time, improve accuracy or increase output, and rebuild the process around the right AI and automation tools.
- Train and coach employees: Teach people how to use AI for their specific jobs rather than providing generic AI training, with regular follow-ups to ensure adoption.
- Measure results: Establish baseline metrics for each role, build simple scorecards and track before-and-after improvements.
- Support automation: Identify what automation is actually needed within a workflow and create the prompts and human-language instructions required to drive it.
- Train on AI design tools: Run practical training for teams using AI-powered design tools.
- Report honestly: Give management clear feedback on what is working, where further support is needed and how successfully employees are adapting.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines a technical mindset with strong people skills - someone who can understand and redesign a process, but is equally comfortable sitting alongside employees, training, coaching and working with them on an ongoing basis to make the change successful.
- Strong, practical day-to-day experience using AI tools.
- Previous experience improving workflows, implementing new processes or retraining teams, ideally with measurable results.
- Confident working directly with employees and department heads and driving change where needed.
- Highly organised and able to manage implementation across multiple teams and departments.
- Experience in call-centre/BPO operations, workflow automation or AI design tools is an advantage.
If you can point to a real example where you've changed the way a team works and can show the before-and-after results, we'd like to hear from you.
