Employment Type: Full-time 12 PM - 8PM, Sunday through Thursday

About the Role

INNOVA is seeking an AI Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and

adoption of AI tools and automation across the company.

This role will focus on improving internal processes, supporting different departments

with AI-based solutions, and helping the company work more efficiently through the

smart use of technology.

The AI Specialist will work closely with all departments across the organization;

including IT, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, HR, Product, Sales, Service,

Documentation, and Management, to identify opportunities for improvement,

streamline workflows, optimize tools and systems, and drive continuous operational

efficiency through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyze existing business processes, reporting structures, and operational

workflows across departments and recommend AI-driven improvements that

increase efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and scalability.

● Review and optimize the use of software platforms, business systems,

dashboards, reports, and internal tools across departments to ensure

maximum effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

● Partner with all company departments, including IT, Finance, Engineering,

Operations, Logistics, HR, Product, Sales, Service, Documentation, and

Management, to review processes, systems, tools, reports, and workflows and

identify opportunities for improvement.

● Implement and optimize AI tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and

decision-making.

● Create AI-based workflows, prompts, templates, and automations for internal

use.

● Assist with organizing, analyzing, and improving company data and

documentation.

● Support technical documentation processes, manuals, procedures, and

internal knowledge management.

● Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and

suggest relevant AI solutions.

● Train and guide employees on using AI tools effectively and responsibly.

● Evaluate new AI tools and technologies that may support Innova’s business

goals.

● Ensure AI use complies with company standards, data privacy requirements,

and responsible AI practices.

● Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, reducing

manual work, improving cross-department collaboration, and implementing

practical AI and automation solutions throughout the organization.

Requirements

● Proven experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital

transformation processes.

● Strong understanding of generative AI, automation, data analysis, and

practical AI applications.

● Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude,

Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar platforms.

● Ability to understand business processes and translate them into efficient

AI-based solutions.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

● High level of English, both written and verbal.

Advantages

● Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, dashboards, or data analysis tools.

● Experience in technical, product, operations, logistics, or service environments.

● Experience working with documentation, manuals, SOPs, or knowledge

management systems.

● Background in manufacturing, engineering, or technical products.

● Experience building internal AI guidelines or training employees on AI tools.

● Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI use.
