We are looking for a responsible tenant/s for our 2 bedroom apartment.  

2 year contract

The apartment is fully furnshed other than the beds and is otherwise completely empty

Living area:

Bright and Sunny (one wall is a large glass door) with a small balcony off it where you can sit and read or have a few people for a meal.

There is a lovely L shaped couch, television and fold-out dining table/chairs which seats 4-10 people. 

 

Kitchen:

Frdge, oven, microwave, gas stove top, one sink, full kitchenware (if required, not currently there)

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.  

 

Master Bedroom:

Rather large by Israeli standards with built in cupboard, mirror and dresser

Lovely large window that looks out to beautiful trees

Electric tris

AC unit

Ceiling fan

 

Regular Bedroom:

Built in cupboard and empty bookshelf

Lovely window that looks out to beautiful trees

Bathroom:

Toilet in a separate room, regular bath with a shower head inside

Dud Shemesh to save you electricity in winter months

Heating / AC Units:

There are 2 units in the house, however they are not required often (except for July & August) as the apartment is not overly exposed.

There is also great heating from the building through radiators for several hours each afternoon in the winter which keeps the apartment toasty and warm. There is a radiator in each room including bathroom. 

The apartment is on the second floor (32 small stairs, no elevator) so it is not wheelchair accessible.  However, it is fine for children as there is a storage room downstairs to slide in the strollers.  

Other small things you may want to know:

Shabbat Clock for living and kitchen areas

Fly wires on all windows other than a mamad window

Contract:

2 years

All included furnitures and appliance are guaranteed to work.  Landlord will cover operational problems.
