Office Manager – Remote (Within Israel)
Full-time, hands-on operations and logistics role for an experienced professional
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure everything runs smoothly across the company
Manage logistics coordination and ensure operational processes are organized and efficient
Serve as the central point of contact for internal coordination and vendor relationships
Handle scheduling and operational planning for leadership and the broader team
Coordinate with external partners, contractors, and service providers on behalf of the company
Identify gaps in existing processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Take ownership of special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in operations, office management, or a logistics-focused role
Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal oversight
Remote, full-time, minimum 5 hours EST
