As our CDO, you will lead global fundraising efforts, build vibrant donor communities, support the expansion of our programming, and play a key role in our capital campaign to renovate our historic home, Beit Ohel Shem.
Your Mission
βοΈ Lead and implement a global fundraising strategy
βοΈ Cultivate major donors in North America and Europe
βοΈ Establish a U.S. nonprofit presence and Board of Directors
βοΈ Represent Hamakom internationally (6-8 trips annually)
Who You Are
β¨ 5-7 years of major gift fundraising experience (preferably in Jewish identity programs)
β¨ Skilled storyteller and relationship builder
β¨ Native-level English, conversational Hebrew
β¨ Passionate about Religious Zionism and Jewish inclusion
β¨ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
