NOW HIRING – Bilingual Client Intake & Sales Coordinator (Remote) 

Full-Time | Remote | U.S.-Based ABA Agency

We are a growing U.S.-based ABA agency seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Client Intake & Sales Coordinator to join our remote team.

We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, organized, and confident speaking with families over the phone. Strong people skills and communication are extremely important for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries
• Guide families through the intake and onboarding process
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service, intake, sales, recruiting, or client-facing experience preferred
• Healthcare or ABA experience is a plus, but not required
• We are looking for the right personality and communication skills more than a specific number of years of experience

What We Offer:
• Full-time remote position (40 hrs/week)
• $25,000–$30,000 USD/year
