We are looking to hire an Implementation Manager who will assist in onboarding new customers for our client. Our client is developing new functionality for advanced scheduling and mobile functionality for a Scheduling & Timekeeping application. You will work closely with developers, the CEO, and COO.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including developers, project teams, senior management, and customers
- Onboard new customers by manipulating large sets of data, building rules, and configuring settings to prepare customer data import to host systems
- Create and maintain documentation related to the implementation process. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for each customer
- Ensure that all configurations and settings are accurately applied and meet the specified requirements
- Provide ongoing support to end-users and address any issues that arise after the implementation phase is complete
Requirements:
- Highly skilled in Excel for data manipulation tasks.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially with tedious tasks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
