Content Creator
Agilite is looking for an extremely driven digital Content Creator to join its dynamic marketing team to take it’s social media presence to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Video Creation & Editing
Film, edit and create high quality video content
Photography
Capture and edit visual content for multiple platforms.
Social media Marketing and Management
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute content ideas and strategy
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
- Travel around the country regularly to create next level content
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Participate in creation of content plan and strategy, timeline and meet hard deadlines
- Youtube Channel Management
- Creating and posting Micro-content for Daily Instagram posts including, in feed, stories and reels
- Hashtag and Algorithm research to always stay ahead of social media trends
Position Requirements:
- High Level of English - Advantage
- High level of Israeli security clearance for entry into Military bases and work with Special Forces
- Must be able to lift heavy physical photography equipment and film in rough terrain and climates-Required
- Hard-working team player not afraid of professional challenges and ambitious projects
- High Level of Videography and editing skills - Required
- Skilled Photographer- Required
- Hands on experience in content management - Required
- Experience with creating content for Youtube - Required
- Experience with creating content for Instagram - Required
- Ability to deliver high level of content on a tight schedule - Required
- Good Visual Eye - Required
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills. - Required
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively. - Required
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy. - Required
- Israeli Drivers Licence - Required
- Copywriting Skills - Advantage
- Tech Savvy - Advantage
- Graphic Design Experience - Advantage
- Served in an SF or Combat Roll in the IDF or allied Military - Advantage
- Familiarity with/passionate about the tactical gear/firearms industry and culture- Advantage
- Tactical Gear enthusiast - Advantage
