Customer Service Representative 

We are a payments company and are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to assist our clients with day to day transactions.  Job can be work from home but may require some visits to our office or errands.   Part time or Full time available. 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers 
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, 
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • General education degree, or equivalent.
  • Good computer knowledge including  Word, Excel & Gsuite 
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Be comfortable working with numbers and basic math.
