The position requires work in Canadian business hours (16:00-23:00 Israeli time), at least 6-7 hours per day, 5 days per week.
We are an established online business in Canada. Currently, we are launching a significate upgrade for our online product. We are looking to fill the position of Customer Support Representative who will be part of our team.
You will be responsible for customer support work as the main focus. In addition, you could be involved in work with a product manager to develop new advertising campaigns, content, or new innovations depending on your skills and desire to study new fields. The job does not require technical knowledge except for basic computer skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (English speaking country)
Excellent verbal, written communication, and editing skills - MUST
Job duties:
Respond to customers needing help to understand how to navigate the site.
Help answer customer questions, troubleshoot, and investigate customer inquires to provide the best solution.
Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests via email, chat, and phone.
Help to review and edit published content on the site.
Provide exceptional service experiences to customers.
Work with other team members to provide and receive mutual support.
Additional qualifications:
Customer service, retail, or marketing experience is an asset
Self-starter and results-oriented individual with a focus on execution.
Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred
Available to work in Canadian business hours (16:00-23:00 Israeli time), at least 6-7 hour position, 5 days per week.
Short weekend hours are available in addition to regular hours and are optional.
