An innovative start-up, based in Tel Aviv and bringing the good news in one of the hottest areas today, RetailTech, needs a development manager.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Team management of 5-6 WEB developers.
Responsibility for leading the team, training and mentoring.
Responsibility for the development of the company's products.
- Management of tasks and sprints in projects and on a regular basis while professionally mentoring, accompanying and controlling the developers.
Responsibility for providing time estimates and meeting schedules.
Assimilation of new technologies and working methods in the team.
- Personal management of the developers - Empowerment and providing responsibility and authority, encouraging initiatives and initiating professional development.
- The role also includes the development of Hands On within the team.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of development experience - required.
At least two years of experience in compulsory transportation.
Experience in FULLSTACK development of at least 4 years - required.
Full command of development languages and technologies: MySQL server, ReactJS, NodeJS
Knowledge in application development - an advantage.
Knowledge in cloud infrastructure management (AZURE) - an advantage.
Experience in Big data technologies - an advantage.
