Job Description
This is a Data Analyst position with a strong focus on data entry, accuracy, and basic reporting. The Data Analyst will support the Strategy and Business Operations team by entering, organizing, and updating data, as well as helping prepare simple reports. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Enter, organize, and update data in company systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Review data for completeness, errors, and consistency.
- Generate basic reports and summaries using Excel or other internal tools.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, records, and documentation.
- Assist in monitoring trends based on provided data sets.
- Support cross-functional teams with routine data needs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable, positive, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with data entry or administrative tasks is a plus but not required.
- Willing to learn basic data tools (PowerBI experience helpful, but not required).
Details
- In office position (Har Hotzvim)
- 3pm to 11pm
- $14 per hour paid on Israel payroll plus all legal benifits
- Full-time, Sunday to Thursday
