We at Roga Partners are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented IDR Specialist to join our medical billing team. This role involves reviewing claims and billing information, researching account details, preparing appeals and written case materials, managing correspondence, and ensuring cases are handled accurately and on time. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing claims, EOBs, medical records, payments, denials, and claim history
- Drafting appeals, reconsideration requests, offer letters, and professional correspondence
- Identifying discrepancies, missing information, and issues requiring follow-up
- Managing assigned cases and meeting strict deadlines
- Maintaining accurate case documentation and independently resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong written communication and research skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and deadline-focused
- Comfortable independently investigating issues and determining next steps
- Experience with AI-assisted research or productivity tools is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in Israel
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8 hours/day
Minimum 2.5–4 hours overlapping with U.S. EST afternoon hours (generally after 7:00 PM Israel time), with remaining hours worked in the morning.
