YCM-Invest is an international boutique asset management firm with offices in Jerusalem and a focus on global financial markets especially FX, CFD’s and commodities. We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical abilities with a deep understanding of financial instruments and keen attention to detail.
Role Overview:
As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our trading and portfolio management activities. You will work closely with risk professionals, portfolio managers to ensure accurate execution, reconciliation, and reporting across asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and reconcile trading activity across multiple platforms and instruments
• Support trade lifecycle processes including confirmations, settlements, and margin monitoring
• Collaborate with the risk and compliance teams to track exposure and operational risks
• Analyze market data and assist in performance and risk reporting
• Optimize operational workflows using Excel and related tools
• Assist in maintaining documentation and operational best practices
Your Profile:
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly FX and CFDs
• High-level proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tools); VBA a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent or mother tongue)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
