Work Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM | In-Office Only
Ephoca is seeking proactive and relationship-driven Telemarketing and Customer Support Agents to support our customer engagement and growth initiatives. This role focuses on introducing new HVAC product lines, accessories, and technological advancements to existing representatives while generating new business opportunities. You will serve as a key voice of the company, ensuring customers and reps remain informed, supported, and confident in promoting Ephoca’s solutions.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on communication, enjoys building long-term relationships, and can confidently represent technical products in a fast-paced B2B environment.
