Tired of struggling with sleep?
Join this live, small-group CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) program designed to help adults improve sleep naturally and effectively. CBT-I is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia and is recommended as the first-line treatment by sleep experts worldwide.
Over the course of the program, participants will learn practical strategies to fall asleep more easily, reduce nighttime awakenings, improve sleep quality, and build confidence in their ability to sleep. Topics include sleep habits, managing racing thoughts, understanding the science of sleep, and making meaningful changes that support long-term sleep health.
The group format provides education, accountability, encouragement, and the opportunity to learn alongside others facing similar sleep challenges.
This program is appropriate for adults experiencing difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, waking too early, or feeling frustrated by ongoing sleep problems.
Facilitated by Batya Katzir, Occupational Therapist and CBT-I Practitioner.
