Position: Remote Telemarketing Sales Representative (Israel-Based)

We are hiring motivated sales reps in Israel to contact customers who purchased products but did not add a warranty. You’ll be speaking to warm leads only — no cold calling!

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to existing customers (no cold leads)
• Educating customers about warranty protection plans
• Enrolling customers in appropriate plans
• Attending daily coaching and motivation sessions
• Reaching sales goals and participating in team contests

Role Details:

• Hours:
  • Full-time: Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM EST (4:30 PM–2:00 AM Israel time)
  • Part-time: Minimum of 5 hours per day, during U.S. business hours (EST)
• Compensation:
  • Base salary + commission
  • Daily bonuses, prizes, and sales spiffs
• Requirements:
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Computer (not Chromebook), webcam, headset, and stable internet
  • Quiet, professional workspace for making calls
