Backend Engineering Team Leader - Hands-on 670222

Software company with office in Har Hotzvim seeks an experienced and talented Backend Engineering Team Leader.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of significant software development
• 2+ years of significant experience in managing a development team
• Experience with Python, or significant experience with Java/.NET Core and a

willingness to learn Python on the job

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented design
• Experience with complex SQL queries
• High degree of English Communication skills (Oral Written)
• Ability to understand customer requirements and see the bigger picture
• Experience in self-education and ability to cope with new challenges
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Excellent logical thinking and understanding of complex processes
• Thoroughness, accuracy striving to eliminate bugs – before code reaches QA)
• Sense of ownership (ensuring collaborative success beyond personal tasks)
• Genuine enthusiasm for software development work

Advantages:

• Experience with Django, Django Rest Framework
• Familiarity with Microservice architecture
• Understanding of Multi-threading
• Proficiency with Linux
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments

This position is full time (7-8 hours a day) at the office on Har Hotzvim.
