Import Account Manager

We are hiring an Import Account Manager to join our commercial team in Tel Aviv.

The role

You will own the full relationship with a set of importers, from the first quote to the moment their goods land in Israel. You get to know their business, anticipate what they need, keep them updated, and solve the small problems before they grow. Do that well and clients keep coming back, which is the whole point.

You do not need to be a freight expert to start. What matters most is that you are great with people and want to learn the trade. Some feel for logistics, or real curiosity about it, helps, and we teach you the rest.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end relationship with importers, handling sea and air import shipments so goods move smoothly across international borders
• Coordinate between clients and logistics partners, including overseas agents, shipping lines, and airlines
• Prepare quotations and manage shipment pricing
• Resolve shipment issues, give proactive updates, and keep customer satisfaction high
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service, and revenue

What we're looking for

• Strong client-facing skills with a service-oriented, commercial mindset
• Excellent communication in Hebrew and English, written and spoken (both essential)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great team player
• Proactive, resourceful, and a strong problem-solver
• Experience with import processes, documentation, and international logistics: an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field: an advantage
• Knowledge of Unifreight: an advantage
