Nursing and rehab center seeking a Data Analyst to support operational and financial reporting and insights.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze operational and financial data
Prepare reports for leadership and identify process improvements
Track costs and identify savings opportunities, including insurance renewals
Work with teams to improve efficiency and resolve workflow issues
Support internal reporting and data management processes
Requirements:
5+ years experience in data analysis
Strong Excel skills and tech savvy
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Fast learner and highly trustworthy
Healthcare or rehab center experience is a plus
Remote, 40 weekly hours, 3 US hours/day
