Responsible for maintaining the projects’ database, including: coordination, updating existing projects, writing new projects, writing and editing for the Division and implementation of additional tasks required in the Division.

  • Responsible for the projects’ database – including updating the contents of the CRM, and the continuous coordination with other departments within Yad Vashem to update projects (‘status’ and content)
  • Project and Grant Writing – new projects, tailoring to specific donors, preparation of Project Portfolios and presentations for donors
  • Writing and translating texts – writing and editing a range of texts in English – in terms of style, content and target audience – for different members of the Division, including speeches and Hebrew to English translation
  • Photographing and accompanying visits, together with general support for the Division as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – required
  • English mother-tongue and a high level of Hebrew, other languages an advantage
  • Relevant work experience – required, particularly in the non-profit /fundraising field
  • Computer proficiency – required
  • Familiarity with the history of the Holocaust – advantageous
  • Experience working with a CRM – advantageous
  • Systematic approach and team player – required
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to work non-standard hours

  • Salary in line with the Yad Vashem pay scale
