Lead Early Childhood Educator (English-Speaking)

Location: Tel Aviv
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 8.00-16.30
Start Date: Immediate

Nest. is a well-established, English-speaking early childhood center in Tel Aviv, serving children ages 6 months–3 years. We are a structured, child-centered environment that prioritizes professionalism, teamwork, and long-term sustainability for both children and educators.

We are currently seeking an experienced, confident Lead Early Childhood Educator to take responsibility for a classroom of up to 18 children, supported by two assistants. This is a leadership role for someone who can guide, mentor, and support a team while maintaining a calm, organized, and nurturing environment for young children.

The Role

  • Lead a classroom of infants and toddlers (6 months–3 years)
  • Guide and support two classroom assistants
  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and daily routines
  • Oversee children's care, including meals, naps, hygiene, and transitions
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and professional team culture
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, families, and leadership
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong childcare experience, sound judgment, emotional regulation, and the ability to manage both children and adults effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
  • Significant experience working with infants and/or toddlers
  • Previous experience leading a classroom or supervising staff preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable giving direction, receiving feedback, and solving problems proactively
  • Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
