Meet My Paws is offering a flexible Community Growth & Social Media work-experience opportunity for someone based in Israel who would like to gain hands-on experience with an international startup.
Meet My Paws is a London-based international community and app connecting dog owners and dog lovers for friendship, walks, coffee, travel and real-world connection.
We are approaching 1,000 members across more than 30 countries and would love to build greater awareness of Meet My Paws within Israel.
Areas you may gain experience in:
• Social media and community growth
• Researching Israeli dog-owner communities and groups
• Creating and sharing simple social content, including short-form video
• Identifying relevant creators, influencers and community accounts
• Researching potential local partnerships and dog-friendly organisations
• Exploring different ways of introducing Meet My Paws to new audiences
• International startup marketing and community-building
We provide guidance, content ideas and materials, so extensive professional experience isn't necessary.
We're particularly interested in someone who is:
• Based in Israel
• An excellent written and spoken English communicator
• Hebrew-speaking is highly desirable
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms
• Interested in marketing, social media, community building or startups
• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to gain practical experience
• A dog lover/owner is a bonus!
About the placement
This is a flexible, remote and unpaid work-experience opportunity intended for someone who would like practical exposure to an early-stage international startup.
There are no compulsory or guaranteed hours, and participation can be arranged flexibly around studies, work or other commitments.
You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the London-based founder, connect with an international team and gain practical experience across community growth and digital marketing.
Students and recent graduates are particularly welcome.
