What You’ll Do
• Communicate with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Guide potential patients through the initial consultation process
• Build trust and maintain high-quality patient communication
• Conduct structured follow-ups and nurture long-term engagement
• Explain complex healthcare services in a clear and patient-friendly way
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and pipeline tracking
• Work closely with the Medical Director and operations team
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Proven B2C sales experience
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
