A growing women’s retail company is seeking a strategic, data-driven Sales Manager to lead and optimize our call center and chat sales operations. This is not a floor management role, but a behind-the-scenes leadership position focused on performance, training, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support call center and chat sales teams to improve performance
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and conversion metrics to drive decision-making
- Develop and implement sales scripts and customer engagement strategies
- Create and deliver ongoing training to enhance team effectiveness
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and campaigns
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing remote or service-based sales teams (call/chat)
- Proven ability to build training programs and sales processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Use of Zoho CRM
