We are looking to hire someone to make outbound calls to psychiatrists and mental health clinics across the United States to offer them our services.

We help clinics get more patients by connecting them with therapists in their area in order to get more referrals.

This is not a sales role. It's about making a warm, professional first impression and starting a conversation.

What You'll Do

• Call psychiatrists and mental health clinics across the US during American business hours
• Introduce our service and ask if they'd be interested in getting more patients.
• Have a short, friendly conversation — no pressure, no need to read our script. It's all about your presence.
• Take notes on the call and schedule them for a call with our sales team
• Follow up when appropriate

You're a good fit if you:

• Have a warm, clear, and professional phone presence
• Come across as pleasant and easy to talk to — not pushy
• Can speak English clearly and comfortably
• Are organized and consistent (showing up, making the calls, keeping notes)
• Can work independently during US business hours

Bonus (not required):

• Experience making outbound calls or doing phone outreach
• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness settings

• Flexible hours — starting at 3 - 5 hours per day, with room to grow

• Pay: $10–$14 per hour (based on experience)
