As a Housekeeping Assistant at MPJ Vacation Rentals, you’ll help ensure our holiday homes are spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready.
You’ll be someone who takes pride in a job well done, works efficiently, and pays attention to detail —helping create a clean, comfortable environment for guests visiting for vacation or business.
You may also assist with tidying during guest stays.
Changing bed linens and towels
Making beds and tidying rooms
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, including surfaces, fridges, and microwaves
Replenishing items like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper
Notifying management about maintenance issues
Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
Following checklists under supervision of our housekeeping manager
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Physical stamina
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Reliable, positive, and approachable attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Prior housekeeping experience
This position is open to:
Israeli citizens/residents
Self-employed individuals (able to issue a receipt)
Freelancers/flexible workers
A contract-based option is available for suitable candidates.
