About the Role
A growing international company is seeking an IT Operations & Cloud Manager to take ownership of its technology support, systems, and IT operations.
This is not simply a technical support role. We are looking for someone who combines technical understanding, strong people skills, process ownership, and operational leadership.
The ideal candidate will ensure employees receive excellent IT support, create clear escalation processes, improve systems, and take ownership of the company’s overall technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the IT helpdesk process and ensure fast, professional support.
- Create clear systems for handling urgent, high, medium, and low priority issues.
- Manage escalation processes for more complex technical problems.
- Ensure excellent employee technology experience, including onboarding and equipment setup.
- Oversee accounts, permissions, devices, and technology systems.
- Manage IT support teams in Israel and the US.
- Work with DevOps and external vendors when required.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Provide ownership and direction across the company’s IT environment.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT operations, support, or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud systems.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to create structure.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to support non-technical employees.
- Ability to prioritize, escalate, and solve problems effectively.
Experience with:
- Microsoft Entra / Azure
- Intune
- Google Workspace
- RMM / EDR tools
- DevOps environments
