Company is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager/Community Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen understanding of community engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with branding and marketing objectives.
* Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms using paid and organic campaigns.
* Community Management: Foster a vibrant online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
* Stay Updated: Stay up to date on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously innovate and enhance social media presence.
Requirements:
* Native or Bilingual English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role – a minimum of 5 years of experience
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
* Creative mindset with an ability to generate innovative content ideas
* Strong project management skills
* Staying up do date on trends in the space
