We're a profitable, AI-native content business hiring one sharp, self-driven person to be the on-camera face of our content, run our AI-powered production, and grow into running our whole studio. Not a gig — a long-term seat with a real path to becoming the person who runs the operation.
What you'll do:
- Be on camera — present and host short- and long-form content.
- Work inside our AI systems every day — we give you the tools (and pay for your Claude + anything you need) and expect you to run with them.
- Own and run our studio — we're moving into a real studio soon, and you'll own it: set it up, keep it running, manage the gear, and build and run the recording schedule for everyone who records there. You become the boss of the room.
You are:
- Obsessed with AI — you already use AI tools (or can't wait to), teach yourself, and own your output. No hand-holding.
- A native / perfect-English speaker and writer.
- Natural, confident, and presentable on camera.
- Hungry, creative, and a total owner — you finish what you start, run things, and make them better without being asked.
- Reliable, respectful, and easy to trust.
- Bonus: content / video / editing / AI experience, a personal social presence, a car.
The setup:
Hybrid now (some remote + in-person recording days in Jerusalem); once we move into the studio soon, it's a daily, in-person role — you're running the place. Paid trial → full-time for the right person. Competitive pay, paid promptly, real growth into management — and we cover your AI tools.
