Position: Business Development Director (Hybrid option)
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
Type: Full-time (Home/Office)
Work Schedule: Sunday 11 AM -8PM, Monday-Thursday 2PM-11PM
This position will begin in the office in Jerusalem and develop into a hybrid position.
Role Overview:
As the Business Development Director, you will drive our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients within the North American healthcare landscape. Your expertise in the industry, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills, will play a key role in advancing our agency's success.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target healthcare facilities and organizations in North America for client acquisition.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve growth targets.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and showcase our agency's value proposition.
Collaborate with marketing to create compelling presentations and proposals.
Represent the agency at industry events to enhance our network and visibility.
Provide insights to refine recruitment strategies based on industry trends and client feedback.

Native English speaker with exceptional verbal and written skills.
Successful sales experience with a service-based product
Strong network and understanding of the healthcare sector a plus.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Experience managing teams preferred.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
Compensation:
Solid base of 10-12K NIS/month DOE with attractive bonus structure
