What We’re Looking For
Organization is aiming to expand its operations and is looking for an experienced Director of Sales to create and manage the entire sales operation. The Director of Sales will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes for a variety of B2B and B2C customers including Jewish day schools in the US, people from all around the world looking to study at the center in person or online, Israelis looking to participate in cultural events, and more. The ideal candidate must be an all-rounder with a go-getter attitude and be willing to travel to the US at least 6 times a year.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline for all of our products, including the development of specific sales processes per product / industry
- Attract, hire, and retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
- Report to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Marketing and additional stakeholders
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in marketing or a related field
- At least four years of experience in a hospitality, educational, or tourism sales setting, with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
- Working knowledge of the Jewish landscape in the US
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability in the following areas: planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call planning, structure, and control, time and territory management
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies
- Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers
- Must be a native English speaker; fluency in Hebrew and additional languages are a plus
