Bookkeeper and Administrator - Work from Home
Accounting Consulting firm based in NY is hiring a bookkeeper and Admin to take care of back office work. The company is growing quickly and looking for someone who is excited to be part of the team
Roles and Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for the following functions:
Maintain company financial records on QuickBooks;
Responsible for billings and collections
Assist Managing Director with admin tasks as need: including scheduling meetings, following up with sales leads, maintaining web site, preparing sales and marketing materials etc;
Highly proficient in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel) a must.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good technical skills with computer programs
Logical, persistent, assertive, and highly organized
Highly resourceful, problem solver and ability to prioritize
Able to build professional working relationships with staff and clients.
Position is working from home 20-30 weekly hours, flexible with some US overlapping time needed for communication.
