Job Description: Director of Customer Success
Time: This is a full-time position with expanded hours at the beginning and end of the school year.
Edu-Together, a leading provider of online learning programs and part of the ILearnCo network, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Customer Success to join our growing team. Edu-Together partners with more than 100 schools, families, and educational providers to deliver personalized online learning experiences, including full academic courses, tutoring and academic support, and professional development programs. The Director of Customer Success will oversee day-to-day program operations while serving as the primary point of contact for schools, staff, students, and families. As the organization continues to expand, this role will also evolve to support new initiatives and projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and support a staff of more than 40 teachers and support personnel.
- Assist teachers in developing and/or sourcing appropriate curriculum and instructional materials for assigned courses.
- Serve as the primary contact for student learning, engagement, and behavioral concerns.
- Manage grading, reporting, and academic progress deadlines.
- Design and facilitate professional development opportunities for Edu-Together staff members.
- Collaborate closely with the Office Manager and CEO to ensure all courses are properly scheduled and operating smoothly.
- Teach a limited number of courses when needed.
Qualifications:
- MA degree or higher in an educational related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a lead teacher and/or administrator.
- Knowledge and experience with educational technology.
- Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with the US private school educational system, including the different Jewish day school communities.
- Experience in managing staff and in creating training materials/content.
- Expertise in MS Office, Google Tools, Zoom, and CRM usage.
- Familiarity with school LMS/SIS platforms.
Position Structure:
- This is a mostly remote position with weekly in-person meetings.
- Most of the work will take place during afternoon and evening hours (Israel).
- Must be able to work independently and be proactive in completing tasks.
- Able to be flexible when needed to solve last-minute problems.
