About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent administrative and customer support.
This position requires working at least from 9am to 3pm on-site, applicants wishing to work more hours are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records
- Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and discretion
