Location:

Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:

You will be an integral part of our IT Department, providing tier 1 internal Tech support to our employees. You’ll be responsible for responding and resolving tickets as well as inventory management. This is an entry level position with endless opportunities to learn and grow!

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing IT assistance to employees as needed.
  • Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
  • Resolving tickets in a timely and pleasant manner.
  • Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
  • Updating computer software, as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
  • Inventory management


Requirements:

  • Full command of English, both spoken and written form
  • 1-2 years of IT Support Experience – Tier 1, or Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce or AWS – advantage
  • Work days – Mon-Thurs 13:00-21:00 (in office), Fridays 9:00-13:00 (WFH)
