Head of Growth (Remote (within Israel))
A fast-growing consumer-focused company is seeking a Head of Growth to own and scale acquisition, conversion, and overall revenue performance
Responsibilities:
Own occupancy and revenue performance across the full portfolio
Drive qualified demand with clear CAC and LTV targets, focusing on efficiency and scalability
Manage and scale performance marketing channels including SEM, paid social, and additional high-intent channels
Identify and test new acquisition channels such as partnerships, affiliates, and emerging platforms
Optimize conversion rates across the full funnel from initial engagement through to final transaction
Build and manage lifecycle marketing initiatives including email, SMS, and retargeting
Develop and maintain a structured, multi-touch funnel to improve customer journeys and conversion
Lead experimentation across channels, messaging, pricing, and landing pages with a consistent testing cadence
Own attribution models and performance tracking across all marketing channels
Build and refine CAC/LTV models tied to payback periods and overall unit economics
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing growth team as the function scales
Manage external partners and agencies while remaining hands-on in key areas
Implement and optimize tools across analytics, CRM, and marketing systems
Requirements:
Proven experience owning growth or performance marketing within a DTC brand, marketplace, or consumer platform
Strong track record managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, payback periods, and unit economics
Hands-on experience with SEM and at least one additional scalable acquisition channel
Experience building and optimizing conversion funnels and lifecycle marketing systems
Demonstrated accountability for revenue outcomes, not just lead generation or traffic
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in marketplaces, real estate, travel, or hospitality sectors
Background in SEO with a focus on conversion impact
Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms such as Zoho and GA4
Experience building a growth team from the ground up
Remote, Full-Time, Mostly US hours
