Staff Aviv is building a reliable network of freelance event staff for weddings, private parties, corporate events, Shabbat meals, and hospitality gigs across Tel Aviv and central Israel.
We’re looking for dependable, professional people who want flexible paid event work. Roles may include waiters, bartenders, hosts, setup/breakdown crew, musicians, and general event staff.
This is a great opportunity for English speakers, students, olim, hospitality workers, and anyone looking for flexible event gigs based on their availability.

Able to communicate clearly by WhatsApp
Based in Tel Aviv or central Israel, or able to travel to events in the area
Legally allowed to work in Israel
Available for occasional flexible event gigs, often evenings or weekends
Experience in events, restaurants, bars, catering, hospitality, customer service, music, or setup/breakdown work is a strong plus, but not required for every role.
