Affiliate Manager - Spanish Speaking

Recruitment of new affiliates.
Responsible for onboarding of affiliates.
Service existing affiliates in a timely manner – know when to escalate and resolve on your own.
Support all affiliates with training in the platform, tools, resources, and best practices to be more successful.
Negotiate contracts and terms with new and existing partners.
Review performance of affiliates to optimize existing deals for positive ROI.
Approval of affiliates’ payments.
Prepare reports and presentations.
Assist with campaign promotions.
Assist with translations and content approvals.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the achievement of company goals.
2+ years of relevant work experience in affiliation.
Native Spanish speaker and excellent English level – a must.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field highly preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and negotiating skills.
A tech-oriented person that can work with multiple systems.
Self-starting ambition and extreme ownership of your work
Must be service-oriented with a focus on helping others and working as a team.
