What You’ll Do

Work daily with children aged 15 months to 6 years

Create a warm, safe, and inspiring environment for learning through play and discovery

Plan and lead creative activities, games, and educational projects

Work as part of a professional and supportive educational team

Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development

Document children’s development through portfolios

Maintain open and respectful communication with parents and collaborate around each child’s development
What We’re Looking For

Training in early childhood education / education / social work or a related field

A genuine love for children and the ability to build warm, personal connections

Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere

Professional curiosity and a desire to learn and grow

Ability to observe children and recognize developmental processes

Strong communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
