E-commerce & Retention Marketing Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven E-commerce & Retention Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital storefront and retention marketing. In this role, you will oversee our campaign strategies, optimize customer journeys, manage key apps, and use data to drive measurable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Create, refine, and manage advanced email/SMS automations and flows in Klaviyo.
- Plan, segment, and schedule a balanced annual campaign calendar.
- Study past campaigns and present clear performance results backed by solid data.
- Manage backend discounts, update promotional site banners, and launch/take down sales.
- Optimize on-site popups, triggers, and audience targeting.
- Test and manage conversion-focused apps (cross-sell, loyalty, etc.) and track their stats.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Shopify and advanced knowledge of Klaviyo.
- Ability to analyze data, track key metrics, and support strategic decisions with concrete data.
- Ability to understand, adopt, and strictly maintain a professional brand voice.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and available in-house with excellent communication skills.
